-  Do you only pick up from Airports?We cover all routes in the UK. 
-  Are your prices per Taxi or per person?Prices are based on per Taxi. 
-  How do I know my booking has been accepted?You will receive a confirmation email. 
-  What if I cannot locate my driver?You will have access to a cusomer service contact 24 hours a day. 
-  What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?We ask for 24 hrs notice to cancel any bookings and can offer a full refund on payments made by Paypal. 
-  Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?No. We will monitor your flight. What you are quoted is what you will pay. 
-  What if I miss my flight?These things happen. We just ask for an email or phone call to cancel your booking. 
-  What does the price include?Price includes full fare from pick up to destination and any incurred parking charges. 
-  How early do I need to book?1 hours notice is preferable but not always necessary. 
-  Are your taxis Wheelchair accessible?Yes, all of our taxis are fitted with ramps and steps.
